The location is great. It's close to the cathedral and the sea. plenty of restaurants are nearby too. the room was very clean. i thought the price was really great.
The room faced other bedrooms across an alleyway. We kept the blinds closed. the room doors slamming and toilet seats dropping were annoying. the hotel was very noisy at night. Light sleepers should avoid it.

The staff was friendly (they contacted me via WhatsApp). They provided all the info for check-in and check-out. The owner gave us recommendations for local attractions. The location is great near shops and public transport.
The room could use some urgent repairs, especially in the bathroom. Cleanliness was not up to par. I saw fingerprints on the desk and a few hairs in the bed. It just needed more care.

The room size was definitely a problem for me. i found it hard to move around with my luggage. also, the noise at night REALLY bothered me. Loud people in the hallway kept me awake. it was tough TO get any rest!

the location is amazing. i could easily walk to many attractions and great spots (and the neighborhood felt so safe!). the staff was super responsive via whatsapp and helped with every question i had. the luggage storage was super convenient after checkout!
